Identidad qu\u00edmica<\/h4>\n<p><strong>F\u00f3rmula qu\u00edmica:<\/strong>\u00a0C4H8O<br \/>\n<strong>F\u00f3rmula estructural:<\/strong> Compuesto heteroc\u00edclico de cinco miembros que contiene un \u00e1tomo de ox\u00edgeno y cuatro \u00e1tomos de carbono (estructura de \u00e9ter c\u00edclico)<br \/>\n<strong>N\u00famero de registro CAS:<\/strong> 109-99-9<br \/>\n<strong>N\u00famero ONU:<\/strong> 2056 (L\u00edquido inflamable de clase 3)<br \/>\n<strong>Peso molecular:<\/strong> 72,11 g\/mol<\/p>\n<h4>2. Aplicaciones industriales<\/h4>\n<p>El THF es muy apreciado por su excelente capacidad de disoluci\u00f3n de compuestos polares y no polares, lo que lo convierte en un componente indispensable en m\u00faltiples sectores:<br \/>\n<strong>Industria de los pol\u00edmeros:<\/strong> La materia prima principal para la producci\u00f3n de politetrametileno \u00e9ter glicol (PTMEG), un componente clave de las fibras de spandex (Lycra), los poliuretanos termopl\u00e1sticos (TPU) y los elast\u00f3meros. Tambi\u00e9n se utiliza como disolvente para el cloruro de polivinilo (PVC), el poliacrilonitrilo (PAN) y el acetato de celulosa.<br \/>\n<strong>S\u00edntesis org\u00e1nica:<\/strong> Un disolvente universal para reacciones de Grignard, reducciones con hidruro de litio y aluminio y otras reacciones organomet\u00e1licas.
