Descripci\u00f3n general del producto<\/h3>\n<p>Los agentes de resistencia en seco (DSA) son una clase de pol\u00edmeros solubles en agua que se a\u00f1aden durante el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n del papel para mejorar las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas del papel y el cart\u00f3n en estado seco. A diferencia de los agentes de resistencia en h\u00famedo, que crean enlaces cruzados qu\u00edmicos, los agentes de resistencia en seco act\u00faan principalmente a trav\u00e9s de mecanismos f\u00edsicos \u2014mejorando la uni\u00f3n entre fibras y la retenci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas finas\u2014 para aumentar la resistencia sin afectar significativamente a otras propiedades clave del papel. Constituyen un medio rentable de aumentar la resistencia, lo que permite utilizar m\u00e1s fibras recicladas o m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles, o reducir el gramaje sin mermar el rendimiento.<\/p>\n<h3>2. La ubicaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima depende del producto qu\u00edmico y de la carga del sistema.<br \/>\n<strong>Posolog\u00eda:<\/strong>\u00a0La dosis habitual oscila entre 0,1% y 1,0% (en peso de fibra seca), situ\u00e1ndose el almid\u00f3n a menudo en el extremo superior y los pol\u00edmeros sint\u00e9ticos en el extremo inferior de este intervalo.<br \/>\n<strong>Retenci\u00f3n y cargo por uso del sistema:<\/strong>\u00a0El rendimiento depende en gran medida de una adsorci\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n adecuadas. La eficacia puede verse mermada por los altos niveles de \u00abresiduos\u00bb ani\u00f3nicos (sustancias interferentes) presentes en las materias primas recicladas.
