Al tratarse de un disolvente de \u00e9ster de baja toxicidad y evaporaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida, el MAC se utiliza ampliamente en recubrimientos, adhesivos y s\u00edntesis qu\u00edmica, y constituye una alternativa respetuosa con el medio ambiente frente a los disolventes tradicionales, como la acetona, la butanona y el acetato de etilo.<\/p>\n<h3>Aplicaciones principales<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Disolventes industriales (uso principal):<\/strong> El MAC es un disolvente de evaporaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida para lacas de nitrocelulosa, resinas acr\u00edlicas y recubrimientos de poliuretano. Garantiza una r\u00e1pida formaci\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula, mejora el brillo y la adherencia del recubrimiento, y se utiliza ampliamente en el repintado de autom\u00f3viles, los recubrimientos para madera y los acabados de muebles. Tambi\u00e9n se utiliza como disolvente en tintas de huecograbado y flexograf\u00eda, mejorando la imprimibilidad y la intensidad del color.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adhesivos y selladores:<\/strong> Se utiliza como disolvente para adhesivos de contacto, adhesivos sensibles a la presi\u00f3n y adhesivos termofusibles, especialmente para la uni\u00f3n de pl\u00e1sticos, caucho y madera.
