Al ser un derivado del etilenglicol, el DEG presenta una excelente solubilidad, estabilidad t\u00e9rmica y reactividad, lo que lo convierte en una materia prima vers\u00e1til en las industrias qu\u00edmica, textil y farmac\u00e9utica.<\/p>\n<h3>Aplicaciones principales<\/h3>\n<p><strong>S\u00edntesis de resina de poli\u00e9ster:<\/strong> El DEG act\u00faa como comon\u00f3mero en la producci\u00f3n de resinas de poli\u00e9ster insaturadas y resinas de poli\u00e9ster saturadas. Mejora la flexibilidad, la resistencia a bajas temperaturas y la resistencia qu\u00edmica de las resinas, que se utilizan ampliamente en recubrimientos, pl\u00e1sticos reforzados con fibra de vidrio (FRP) y adhesivos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disolvente y agente de extracci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Se utiliza como disolvente de alto punto de ebullici\u00f3n para colorantes, tintas, resinas y aceites. Es un agente de extracci\u00f3n eficaz para hidrocarburos arom\u00e1ticos y se emplea en la purificaci\u00f3n de aceites lubricantes y en la separaci\u00f3n del butadieno de mezclas de hidrocarburos C4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Industria textil y del cuero:<\/strong> Act\u00faa como humectante, suavizante y auxiliar de tintura para textiles, evitando la fragilidad de las fibras y mejorando la penetraci\u00f3n del tinte. En el procesamiento del cuero, mejora la flexibilidad y la resistencia al agua de los productos de cuero acabados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intermedio qu\u00edmico:<\/strong> Un precursor para la s\u00edntesis de \u00e9teres de dietilenglicol (por ejemplo, el \u00e9ter monomet\u00edlico de DEG o el \u00e9ter monoet\u00edlico de DEG), que se utilizan ampliamente como disolventes en recubrimientos y productos de limpieza.
